Executive Mentor-Coach and former multinational executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience across Latin America and the Caribbean. Throughout my career, I have held senior management positions with global organizations: McKinsey & Company, L’Oréal Paris, Nabisco (Mondelēz International), and Schwarzkopf & Henkel. For more than eight years, I have served as an MBA professor in Venezuela and Ecuador, helping develop the next generation of business leaders. As Founder of RunInstitute C.A. and Franchise Owner of The Growth Coach, I have been guiding executives, entrepreneurs, and leadership teams since 2012 in strengthening leadership effectiveness, managerial capabilities, communication, productivity, and people skills. To date, I have supported more than 500 managers and leaders from over 100 organizations across Ecuador, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Honduras, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Mexico, the United States, and Spain. I hold a Master in International Management from ESADE Business School, a Bachelor in International Business and Economics from Schiller International University, and postgraduate studies in Transpersonal Psychology. In addition, I am certified in Executive Coaching, Ontological Coaching, Transpersonal Coaching, Life Coaching, Professional Facilitation, and Adult Learning Methodologies (Andragogy).
