Hello, I'm Scott Sadler.

I’m Scott Sadler​,​ an executive leadership coach​,​ culture strategist​,​ author​,​ and former Chief People Officer. I bring 40 years of leadership experience and 23 years as a professional coach to helping people become more effective​,​ self-aware​,​ and intentional leaders. My own leadership journey began long before I became a professional coach. I’ve been an entrepreneur and business owner​,​ built and sold a company​,​ served as a Chief People Officer​,​ and spent more than two decades coaching executives​,​ business owners​,​ managers​,​ emerging leaders​,​ and leadership teams. I’m the author of Elevate Under Pressure™​,​ built around a practical four-part framework: Regulate → Reframe → Decide → Execute. Much of my work focuses on what happens when leadership gets difficult—high-pressure decisions​,​ challenging conversations​,​ conflict​,​ change​,​ accountability​,​ team dynamics​,​ and the human side of organizational performance. My approach is candid​,​ compassionate​,​ practical​,​ and deeply human. I believe people usually have more wisdom and capability than they realize; good coaching creates the space to access it​,​ challenge what may be getting in the way​,​ and turn insight into intentional action.
