Pressure is inevitable. How we lead through it is a skill we can develop. This interactive group experience introduces the Elevate Under Pressure™ framework—a practical approach for navigating difficult decisions, challenging conversations, conflict, uncertainty, and other moments when pressure can interfere with effective leadership. Participants will explore four practices: REGULATE — Recognize your internal response to pressure and create space between stimulus and reaction. REFRAME — Challenge assumptions, stories, and perspectives that may be limiting what you can see. DECIDE — Get clear about what matters most and make deliberate decisions aligned with your responsibilities, values, and desired outcomes. EXECUTE — Turn insight into intentional action. This is not simply a presentation. Participants will be invited to apply the framework to situations they are actually navigating and consider how pressure influences the way they think, communicate, decide, and lead.
