Joining ExpertEase as an Expert

Joining ExpertEase is more than just offering your services online—it's about belonging to a community eager to make the world a better place for everyone. To become a trusted expert on ExpertEase, there are a few steps required, but once you get the groove, it'll be done and dusted.

Getting Started

First, anyone can create an Expert account. You need to register as an Expert and fill out your profile thoroughly. This is an essential step, so please complete all the details:

• Add your photo
• Ideally, include a video of yourself introducing yourself

Creating Your Service

Once that's done, you can start creating a service with your exact offer. A service is the listing where you describe what you sell to clients. You'll need to:

1. Pick a service type (1:1 session, group session, webinar, etc.)
2. Choose a category from the many options we offer (if your category is not available, please get in touch with us!)

You need to be clear about three key things:

• What is your offer?
• Who is it for?
• What is the outcome/result expected?

Describe your professional qualifications within the offer you're providing. Please put yourself in your clients' shoes—they have a million questions and need help finding you with the least hassle possible.

Finalizing Your Service Listing

Make sure to also add:

• Photos
• A video
• Your price

Then save and submit your service.

About Pricing

On ExpertEase, you control your own rates. There's no minimum or maximum. We encourage pricing that reflects your expertise while keeping our mission in mind: making professional knowledge accessible to those who need it.

Set rates for:

• 1:1 sessions
• Group sessions
• Webinars
• Custom packages (via "Request for Quote")

The "Request for Quote" option is ideal when you want to offer tailored session packages or specialized services that don't fit a standard hourly model.

Pricing guidance: Consider your years of experience, specialized credentials, and the unique value you bring to clients. Fair, transparent pricing builds trust and helps you attract the right audience for your expertise.

The Verification Process

When you submit your service, it goes through a verification process—this is why you won't see it live yet. Our team is responsive, so you should hear back from us within 24 hours. During this time, the team will:

• Proceed with verifications
• Suggest ideas for improvement if necessary

If the service is not validated, the team will contact you to explain the reason. You can post as many services as you want, so long as you respect our terms and conditions.

Your Profile Page

Your profile page is shareable and will display all your services and reviews. It's your online boutique—make sure to curate it well!
